[Qt-interest] Interface Designer (Qt Designer) and Interface Designer (Qt 4 Designer)

Can i create a qt project using Qt 4 Designer just like we can in Qt
Designer? All i see is that we can only creat the .ui file using Qt 4
Designer....and the project file (.pro) needs to be build separately. Am i
missing something here?
