[Qt-interest] QPixmap / QImage with Targa / TGA?

Is there a reason to not support TGA (and support GIF!) or it is some
kind of design flaw/limitation on image format identification?
Anyway, it should be nice to learn how to write a I/O plugin, I will try this.
