[Qt-interest] 4.5 sdk license question

Qt SDK on http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads is provided as "LGPL /Free",
The license file, however, mentions GPL v.3, prohibiting use in any
commercial product.
The licensing page http://www.qtsoftware.com/products/licensing
mentions both GPL v.3 and LGPL v. 2.1.
Can someone clarify which parts of Qt SDK are available under LGPL ?
Also, seems as KDevelop permits distribution of Qt under LGPL, are
they different from ones developed by Trolltech ?
