Well that's actually some development in a new direction. My experience with 
indian porgrammers is that they never learned to ask for help. That might be a 
cultural issue that deserves respect (not meaning that we have to serve this).
Usually they are tought to just say "Yes, no problem" and never ask. There is 
a lot of silence most of the time and neither questions nor results in my 
personal experience.
Now they start asking and in the way they ask you see that they feel very 
uncomfortagle to ask.
In some cases it turned out that after a while of "training on the list" the 
developers start asking real questions and attach code so people like to help 
out.
I'm patient and wait.
