Okay, that explains some things. Probably these beginners questions still
result from telling the business-partners "Yes, no problem".
It is interesting not only to get to know foreign cultures on these
mailingslist but also to see changes.

But somebody has to do the "training on the list" with them. ;-)
So, ketan, please don't feel personally offended. Even if it sounds harsh (and
might not help you at the moment), it is only to help you (on the long term).
