[Qt-interest] Qt 4.5.0 RC on Windows/g++

Which is a pitty! I am using mingw gcc 4.x for quite a while now and with 
every new Qt version I want to use I have to go through a somewhat 
annoying patching hell. I did not try 4.5rc1 so far though.

I sent a couple of patches to the support team but I think it's not 
considered to be important. Well I do agree that gcc 4.x is not mainstream 
yet, but the patches would still allow gcc 3.x to work ...

It's good to know that I am not the only one hitting this problem from 
time to time ;-)
