[Qt-interest] Phonon licensing

I'm somewhat confused on phonon licensing. I am working with a client who
specifically purchased the commercial license because their legal
department told them to avoid the LGPL. The commercial license strongly
implies that all parts of Qt are under the license, including phonon, yet
source files for phonon list the LGPL and a copyright holder other than
Nokia.

Can we utilize phonon under the terms of the Qt commercial license?
