I don't know the terms of the commercial license, but it should contain
an abstract about the software that you can find under src/3rdparty. As
all the code in there is not really "part of Qt", its just shipped with
Qt to ease installation. You'll find phonon there, as well as Webkit,
libjpeg, sqlite, zlib and other stuff. None of these falls under the
commercial license, they all have their own license and Qt Software
cannot change that.
