[Qt-interest] Problem when using QPainter on child widgets

All,

I have a custom widget inside another widget, when I try to initialize
QPainter on the child widget (custom widget) it throws the warning

QPainter::begin: Paint device returned engine == 0, type: 1
QPainter::setClipPath: Painter not active
QPainter::clipRegion: Painter not active

Has anyone faced the same problem?
