only in this point I disagree with you. The others are also my response to our 
friend Sujan.
Why I not agree is because we have no information about the numbeing scheme of 
Sujan's SW. And we also have no information about what functionallity a relese 
1.1 should contain. Maybe it's a release very early and release very often 
project? So what you and me might think of being a 1.1 release is for Sujan's 
project planed in release 25.5?
