Frameless Window is a special windows which comes with some restrictions I believe.
>From QT documentation

" Qt::FramelessWindowHint
Produces a borderless window. The user cannot move or resize a borderless window via the window system. On X11, the result of the flag is dependent on the window manager and its ability to understand Motif and/or NETWM hints. Most existing modern window managers can handle this."
Does this answer your question?

  Alex

Hi,

For eg : if you check any application if you click that application is taskbar then it will get activated (the color change in taskbar icon) and
             application will appear before you. And if you click back the same application in taskbar then it will get minimized (the color change in taskbar).
        when application get minimized then it is in the state of Deactivate and when it maximized and appeared before you then it is in Activate state.

But When I use Qt::FramelessWindowHint then I can activate the application in task bar, and when I click back the same application from taskbar it is
not getting minimized.

When we call the functions(like showMinimized, showMaximized etc) individually from form its working fine, but when application gets deactivated
from the taskbar it should minimize , but it is not happening.
