[Qt-interest] window quickly disappear after Ctrl + R

I upgrade my Qt to 4.5 and Qt Creator 1.0 on my Windows Desktop
 
and found that after pressing Ctrl + R.   my main window won't show up.
 
I can see a command window pump up and quickly disappear.
 
What's happening?  Any ideas?
 
(I copied all the Qt***.dll to C:\Windows\system32 before this ,because when I want to run the mainwindow.exe
it said 'QtCore4.dll could not be found')
 
 
Please help me!
