[Qt-interest] ActiveQt signal/slot connections

There is a problem in ActiveQt with the signal/slot connections in Qt 4.5.0.
Some of the connections that used to work fine on the 4.4 branch are now
failing. Both versions of Qt were tested on Windows 2003 using MSVC2008.

The simple patch attached is to show the modifications done to the
'activeqt/webbrowser' example to reproduce the problem.
