[Qt-interest] Memory usage difference between Qt Creator and MSVS 2008

Ok so I have this issue that I would like to see if someone can 
explain.  I have a project that me and two other people are working on.  
For the sake of pleasing all parties I have pro files as well as sln so 
that each person can work in their desired IDE.

Here is the question when I compile the project in VS and run it in task 
manager it shows a memory usage of about 5 megs on startup.  Now when I 
do the same in Qt Creator it shows a memory usage of 10 megs.  Why is 
the usage doubled?  In both IDEs I am using the MS compiler so there 
shouldn't be any difference right?
