[Qt-interest] Qt 4.5: pre-built binaries for Visual Studio ?

I can see a pre-built Qt 4.5 binary package on the
www.qtsoftware.comdownloads page, but this is not compatible with VS.

Is there a pre-built binary available for VS, hidden somewhere else ?
