We offer pre-built binaries for VS 2003, 2005 and 2008, as well as a pre-built 
version of Qt for Windows CE for VS 2005 (win32 and two embedded 
configurations). Those are available only in the commercial download area 
(paying customers only).

We haven't decided whether that will change yet.
