[Qt-interest] Qt Tutorial links

Is there any Qt step-by-step tutorial out there? I'm trying to learn by
reading Demos samples, but they really aren't very good to learning, just an
impressive showcase.
I'm looking something to Qt as NeHe is to OpenGL.

The most important is to learn how to use anchors and layouts by code and/or
by Qt Designer and how to use Qt MVC.
