[Qt-interest] are these behaviors possible in QT?

I am wondering whether the MSN Messenger -style Windows are available in Qt.
 
The features I want are: (On Windows OS Platform)
 
1. When Minimize or Close button clicked, hide from the task bar, only
show a small icon in the toolbar.
 
2. Right click on the icon in the toolbar, show a context menu so I can
do sth from there.
 
 
How to do these in Qt?
 
Please help me.
