Just because Thunderbird has a Reply-All button doesn't mean I know how 
to use it! :-P

Seriously, it's just habit to reply individually... only took me a few 
tries to relearn for the list.

I do think it's a little odd that the list does not echo my posts back 
to me, though.... it just seems
a little strange when reading my list-box that people are replying to 
me, but my sent items are
off in another folder (yes, I _could_ set up a filter for that too.....)
