I have submitted several bugs. They don't always appear in the Tracker
right away, if ever (in fact, in I think in the Tracker page, there is some
text saying "selected bug reports" or something implying that not all bug
reports would be found in Tracker). For the bugs I submitted under my
employer's commercial account, I received an e-mail response within 1 day
discussing in detail why the bug was there and probable strategy for
resolution. I submitted other bugs personally since I found them when using
LPGL license for my own use. These I had absolutely no indication they were
even received. No e-mail, no Tracker. But then 3 weeks later I got an
e-mail thanking me for one of them and saying it was fixed. Still no word
on the second bug report.
I guess the commercial customers get priority in their bug reports, which is
how it should be, I suppose. Still, it would be good if the Tracker at
least acknowledged the bug report was received and triaged.
