Hmm - I'm a commercial user.
All bugs I reported so far have been acknowledged within hours and appear in
the tracker after a while.
Still some of them (even with an attached patch) seem to not having been
triaged - or at least got not scheduled or prioritized - so there is no way
for me to understand the logic why there is no action taken.
