[Qt-interest] VC8 SP2 Build for 4.5.3

Why would you choose to build under old conditions and not the latest conditions? It 
seems to me that it would make more sense to provide builds for the latest stuff and
not provide builds for the old stuff. I thought Qt likes to be ahead of the curve, providing
the latest and greatest? Is there some reason that you guys chose to build it with
the old libs?
