It sounds like someone has gotten this working at some point. So how to do it?
Incidentally, the Qt docs state that 'Open Source Versions of Qt is
not officially supported for use with any version of Visual Studio.'
This implies that there is no way to build an open source version of
Phonon on Windows... sad. I'm hoping that resolving the header issues
will provide an open source path for Phonon on Windows.
