The SDK for Windows Phone 7 Series seems to be based on Silverlight. There
doesn't seem to be an SDK for developing native C++ applications.
But until there are devices out with it, it's all vapourware. We'll see if
they change their mind until then.
Note that, as far as I know, this doesn't affect Windows CE and Mobile. And I
have no clue what Mobile 7 is going to be based on -- if it's WM 6 or Windows
7.
