This is particularly addressed to those folks who are responding to The
Thread(s) That Will Not Die... (Stay tuned next time for the sequel,
"The Mail Thread That Ate Cincinatti...!")

Please, especially for the sake of those of us reading in "digest"
mode... I don't think it's usually necessary to include the text of the
previous six or seven replies in your message.  The last one or two is
generally sufficient, and it makes it *much* easier to keep track of
what is what!  (Particularly for those using mail clients that insist on
top-posted, non-indented replies *cough*Outlook*cough*)
