[Qt-interest] Center default directory on QFileDialog::getExistingDirectory

It might well be win7 problem.
Try testing this (native) dialog in other apps to see how it behaves.


I also noticed this while using QtCreator, which is qt app, but I cant tell if its a really qt or win7 issue.
(and I fail to find other app using it with predefined directory :\ )
