I have attached a zipped project that is a complete application that  
shows my problem. It makes two windows; if you drag the left window  
around, the right window follows it. On Windows it follows right  
along, on Macintosh the right window doesn't follow until the left  
window pauses in its movements.

I see attachments on the list; I don't know if zip files are allowed.
