I use dynamically linked Qt (as I make use of plugins) so I need to
supply the Qt dlls, and as these are compiled with VS I supply the
runtime DLLs too, just to ensure the users don't need to install it.

My app install looks like:

<program files>\app folder
                                     App.exe
                                     <qt DLL files>
                                     \Microsoft.VC90.CRT
                                                                  <MS
runtime DLLs and manifest>
                                     \plugins
                                                <QT plugins>

Cheers,

Ian
