The SuperBible book is good - I suggest the 4th edition, not the most
recent, unless you're going to work with shaders. Most people
starting out use the fixed pipeline, which has been deprecated but is
still useful.
Also, the Summerfield/Blanchette C++/Qt book is very good and has a
nice, full chapter on OpenGL/Qt integration.
Those two should definitely get you going.
