Ahh, thank you that did it. Too bad. I wanted to keep it installed. Though I am less then enthusiastic when it comes the KDE4, I wanted to test my stuff in it. Currently it is a disaster. Especially when it comes to Phonon. Though I am not sure who caused the problems. KDE or karmic.
