[Qt-interest] QProgressDialog on Mac

This seems to be quite a frequently asked question, though I haven't
found a good answer. I tried calling setSizeGripEnabled(false) on the
control, thinking that since you can't resize windows by dragging their
edges on the Mac, this would be sufficient. Alas however this seems to
have no effect on the Mac.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
