[Qt-interest] QT windows visual studio 2008 version

Hi,

This is stupid question.

Have I understood right that Nokia is not giving out VS 2008 version of QT?
The Windows version is only available free for mingw ?

What I would like to have is a QT and Qt Creator supporting VS 2008.
Do I have to pay Nokia to get that?
