You have to download the source code of Qt (from the Nokia Qt website) and compile it yourself. The reason why Nokia is not offering a binary package for VS 2008 - or any VS 200x version for that matter! - are the different C++ runtime DLLs which depend on the service pack level of your VS installation!

But if you make me a good financial offer and tell me the exact VS2008 you are using I will compile it for you ;)
