[Qt-interest] How to create a custom Qt Installer from VS compiled Qt.

I am using the LGPL version of Qt and compiling with Visual Studio. The code
that I developed is starting to be worked on by others in my industry. The
problem is that there is a mismash of VS Versions that is being used: VS2005
and VS2008 (Express and Pro), Service Packs and RTMs.

I would really like to be able to just Build Qt using those versions (Using
Virtual machines to host the builds) and then create the proper installer
for each type of build.

I keep seeing the files in the qt source download that looks like I could
build the installers but either I am missing the documentation or just
"can't see the forest for the trees".

Do I need a commercial license to have access to the technologies needed to
generate these installers?

And, yes, I have seen some of the independent projects that aim to do
exactly what I want to do. The thought of loading up a dozen more programs
to just simply generate an installer is not what I call "straight forward".

Thanks for any help or pointers.
Mike Jackson
