What /exactly/ do you want to distribute - the entire Qt build (build with the various VS versions/service pack levels)? I have never looked at the Qt "installer sources", but IIRC it is using some "InstallAnywhere" (= commercial) or something? So you would at least have to have this 3rd party tool.
