You should start reading the "Moving from Qt 3 to Qt 4" overview:

In short, yes, you can, but the effort you have to consider (to port it)
depends on your code... though I personally think that a _reaL_ Qt3-to-Qt4
port would in most parts mean a rewrite of your code (NOT using Qt3Support)
and getting used to Qt 4 and its new & interesting features.
