[Qt-interest] version of Mac OS executable

Hi,

crush log of my QT 4.5 program on Mac OS contains these lines:

Process:          eM[700]
Path:            /Users/mike/Desktop/eM
English/eM.app/Contents/MacOS/eM
Identifier:      com.yourcompany.eM
Version:         ??? (???)
Code Type:       X86 (Native)
Parent Process:  launchd [76]

How can i alter QT program, so that Identifier and Version lines would 
contain needed values (hoe to replace com.yourcompany.eM by my site url 
and ??? (???) by needed version)?
