Where did you develop them? In another company? Better ask your previous boss then...

Raising questions is good! That also raises interest in you (I would rather be worried if you show something and no questions are asked afterwards ;)

Then on the other hand, personally if someone shows me a nicely rendered GUI I would not be too impressed. It is good for illustrating what your software did however, but it does not say much about your skills IMHO.

In short: I would not emphasize too much on GUI parts (except if you are seeking a job in exactly that area ;)
