K Frank:

It looks like there is an Android emulator:

  (No surprise, really.)

Could any android wizards chime in? Has anyone successfully built

Would anyone know if there is a host-based android emulator (as Atlant
suggests that Nokia offers for Symbian)? Is there a host / android
debugging system available, e.g., over usb?
