[Qt-interest] Open Governance, Roadmap and related

Hi, I just watched the two videos on these topics, and discovered the opengov 
mailing lits. 


My question is - is this now the place to observe the direction of Qt 
development and to make comments on it?

Note I am not interested in qt project management per se (patches, merge 
requests, maintenance etc etc).

I am interested from user perspective.
What techniques should I use to in order not to go on a deprecated path, 
and also to provide feedback for my needs and wishes regarding the general 
direction.
