linux-icc-openmp is surely customized, because there is no such mkspec in official Qt.

Generally they contain only lists of variable values (e.g., compiler names and flags),
so it's relatively easy to edit them

Maybe you'll need to look through qmake manual in Qt docs to figure out meaning
of some variables
