[Qt-interest] VideoPlayBack Windows best way ?

I tried in vain to work with phonon on Windows and it is a painful exercise,
it just isn't ready for prime time. I did experience good success using VLC
and libvlc however, and more importantly it worked cross-platform
(Mac/Linux/Win).
I would recommend looking at VLC.
There is some noddy/hacky code here that might help to get things started:
