[Qt-interest] Docked widgets

Hi
I am using a custom title bar in a docked widget.
I connect to  the topLevelChanged signal and if the widget has become floating set the title widget to 0 so I can get the native look.
But when I undock the widget I get the following
warning: ASSERT: "!(item.flags & QDockAreaLayoutItem::GapItem)" in file widgets\qdockarealayout.cpp, line 1079
Is this a known problem and if so is there a workaround?
