DOM doesn't handle external entities  properly.
It also doesn't handle <xi:include> elements.
But what thiago meant there was that the newer stream-based parsers
are also incremental and don't require you to parse the whole document
at once (I think).

As far as I know, the other XML parsers don't handle external entities
or xi:include either
I usually run my docs through xmllint (--xinclude|--noentities) before
I parse it in one of Qt's XML parsers. Am I mistaken about lack of
support for these things?
