If you become the maintainer, whatever you want, provided it's following Qt's
vision and direction (those are very vague goals, like "be the best
application toolkit" and not adding things that would be taking us backwards).
Becoming the maintainer means you also take care of dealing with bug reports,
build issues, stability, etc. if no one else does.
