I would if I could ;) First I'm on a mobile phone and second I don't know where it was... But it was linked from some Qt Labs article (a comment thereof) - and no, I don't remember which Qt article that was. I guess one about Open Governance, but not necessarily the latest one...

Yes, that's the one ;) (Now it took me an awful effort copying that URL, switch to a browser and read that tiny font there ;) Especially since I am actually kind of watching TV ;)
