[Qt-qml] Editor example Source Code

On my install (win-commercial), I found it easiest to directly navigate to
the following directories and "look around":

C:\Qt\4.7.0\examples\declarative\tutorials

C:\Qt\4.7.0\examples\declarative\ui-components

 (I *did* stumble across that specific example somewhere, but I can't recall
where ... )
