On my install (win-commercial), I found it easiest to directly navigate to the following directories and "look around":

C:\Qt\4.7.0\examples\declarative\tutorials

C:\Qt\4.7.0\examples\declarative\ui-components

 (I *did* stumble across that specific example somewhere, but I can't recall where ... )

This particular tutorial is the odd one out -- located with the rest of the "getting started" documentation rather than the bulk of the QML documentation. You should be able to find the code in

examples/tutorials/gettingStarted/gsQml/
