[Qt-wince-interest] Startup speed on WinCe Devices: why is so slow?

20 seconds for a simple application is definately too much. My HP iPAQ  
2190b (WM 5) loads HelloWorld-like application in ~5 seconds. I guess you  
may want to try to play with compilation options.

I've attached qmake.conf I use to compile Windows Mobile (PocketPC)  
version of Qt. It's for Visual Studio 2008.
