[Qt-wince-interest] Startup speed on WinCe Devices: why is so slow?

I've experienced similar speeds on HTC Touch Diamond 2. It really depends
though on the size of app. When starting with a basic hello world GUI, it
would take about 2 seconds. But now it seems to take 5 as I've added more
panels to the GUI.
